![Screen_Shot_2014-08-14_at_12.00.51_PM](https://info.firstcoasthomepros.com/hs-fs/hub/304512/file-1453763918.png?width=258&name=file-1453763918.png)First Coast Home Pros has been recognized as one of Jacksonville’s 50 fastest-growing companies for the second year in a row. The Jacksonville Business Journal together with a CPA agency identified and vetted top-performing private sector companies in Northeast Florida, and First Coast Home Pros once again ranked in the top 20.

To be considered for this prestigious list, a company must meet the following criteria:

- Must be privately held, locally owned, and for profit
- Must be headquartered in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, or St. Johns counties
- Must have been in business since at least 2010
- Must have had annual revenue of at least 1 million dollars in 2013
- Must have overall revenue growth from 2011-2013, and revenue gain from 2012-2013

Final rankings are based on the company’s percentage of overall growth over a three-year period, and FCHP came in at number 18, with almost 53% revenue growth.

First Coast Home Pros, created in 2008 by Joshua Kennedy, was started as a residential window cleaning service. As the company grew, customers began asking about additional cleaning services. The company expanded its services to include all the tasks and projects needed for the home, including pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and dryer vent and air duct cleaning, among many others. “We always listen to what our customers want,” says Joshua Kennedy, president and owner of First Coast Home Pros. “If it’s in the realm of our expertise, we’ll do it.”

FCHP is a rapidly growing company, but its commitment to quality has stayed the same. The team is made up of highly-trained, skilled professionals who are the best in their field and provide excellent customer service. The tools and materials used for each task are the best for the job. The company offers a long list of specialized services for your home, and has a customer base throughout Northeast Florida that just keeps growing. If there’s a cleaning task that needs attention in your own home, whether its a small rug to be cleaned or the[ complete exterior ](https://info.firstcoasthomepros.com/blog/services-that-will-enhance-your-curb-appeal)of the house to be pressure washed, hire First Coast Home Pros and experience Jacksonville’s best and fastest-growing cleaning company for yourself.
