With only $300 in the bank, Josh Kennedy borrowed a ladder from his Dad and started his business almost five years ago washing windows in Jacksonville's Urban Core.  Now First Coast Home Pros has been listed as one of Jacksonville’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2013 by the Jacksonville Business Journal. His company has grown to 25 employees, 11 vehicles and over 6,000 customers. “We grew 300 percent in our second year and every year since we’ve grown right about 100 percent,” says Kennedy.

**

So what does it take to be nominated as one of the Business Journal 50 fastest growing private sector companies in Northeast Florida?

·         Company must be privately held, locally owned and for profit.

·         Must be headquartered in Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, Baker, Clay, Putnam or Flagler counties.

·         Must have been in business since 2009.

·         Must have had overall revenue growth from 2010-2012 and revenue gain from 2011-2012.

Once nominated, the ranking is based on the annual growth percentage over a three-year period.

[First Coast Home Pros](https://info.firstcoasthomepros.com/blog/jacksonville-maid-service-benefits) is located in Springfield and offers many services to the homeowner. Kennedy’s team is made up of skilled professionals who provide excellent customer service and are well-equipped for any job. His technicians are highly trained and they are bonded and insured for safety and protection. First Coast Home Pros specializes in carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, air duct and dryer vent cleaning and a maid service that cleans and pressure washes your home, windows and roof.

First Coast Home Pros’ philosophy is to be the best team of service professionals that you have ever had in your home. Their award-winning service is backed by their 100% guarantee. Their job is not finished until they have exceeded your expectations.
